Welcome to Moore Real Estate Group
Moore Real Estate Group led the acquisition and renovation of this bank-owned shopping center. Originally developed in 1998, the shopping center was in disrepair with double digit vacancy in 2018. MMA Architecture prepared new design standards and a monument signage plan, and Moore added tenants Butter Café & Bakery, Veterinary Opthalmic Consultants, and Dogtopia Daycare, Boarding, and Spa to an existing roster that includes Tutor Time, Pet Time Animal Hospital, and Roundin 3rd Bar & Grill.
Moore Real Estate Group led the ground up development of this shopping center anchored by Starbucks, Western Dental, and Waba Grill. Local tenants Scratch Pizza and El Colima round out an array of delicious and convenient food offerings for the growing community of Jurupa Valley and students at JVHS. MMA Architecture, Tait Engineering, JG Construction, and Dasher and Tabata helped deliver a successful center complete with horse corral and trails.
Heirs to this family owned asset found themselves burdened with costly violations due to an unpermitted cannabis dispensary. Moore Real Estate Group acquired the property, cleared all violations, and completely renovated and repositioned the building with successful businesses including In the Shadow Fadez barber shop, Fiesta Insurance, and De La Michoacana.
Moore developed the first ground up industrial park under the Commercial-Industrial / Mixed-Use zone that was initiated after Upland annexed the formerly unincorporated area of College Park. This park features 4 freestanding warehouse/distribution buildings in a gated environment with high end design by Architects Orange and beautifully landscaped by Wilson-Davis Associates. Dasher & Tabata managed the construction and RM Dalton built an exceptional project on time and budget during the challenging Covid pandemic.
